Caprolactam Chemicals Limited which was promoted as Vamotiwala Chemicals Industries Limited as a small scale industry in the year 1992 for manufacturing of Glycol Ethers and Ethylene Oxide Condensate Emulsifiers.
The company had obtained the acknowledgement card in respect of draft prospectus on 19th March 1993 from Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Company has issued 46,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to the total share capital of Rs. 4,60,00,000/-
The initial cost of the project for seting up a unit for manufacturing of above product and Vinyl Sulphone and Ethyle Acetate with total installed capacity of 4600 tonnes per annum at Rs. 639 Lacs. The production of the same started from 1992 gradually.
The project is located in Mahad MIDC in chemical zone which has the advantage of easy availability of raw material as well as power, water and labour with well established road network and industrial network and industrial infrastructure. The CEPt of Mahad manufacturers Association, controlled and solved the environment issue and pollution effluent problem.
